After my last post, I watched this film and highly recommend it. It centers around the life of a boy and his family during the Scottish garbage strike in the 1970's. The director did such a beautiful job, you can almost smell the piles of trash. I'm glad that there were subtitles because it is extremely difficult to understand their accents. So if you do watch, make sure you turn on the subtitles.
